The leather upholstery has no tears. There’s a tiny tear in the underlined base hessian but not noticeable (pictures on images) and doesn’t have any effect on the chaise. It has been cleaned to be ready to use and has maintained its character and age. Minor marks and wear consistent with its age and usage.
