What is design process like at Gianna D'art?
Every project is unique so our first stage process-

1st Stage- Initial consultation plan; a simple conversation to find out the type of Project, Requirements, Timeframe and Budget.

2nd Stage- Create a Concept and Colour Scheme Plan which includes Hues, Textures and Visuals aesthetic based on client's preferences discussed.

3rd Stage- Design Layout and Plan- This state includes design of the plan floor layout of A. lighting, window treatment, wall covering, floor covering, Equipment, Furniture and Fittings.
B. Breakdown of Costings for-

Materials and their availability and timeframe for ordering.

Designer, Contractors and Special Craftsmen fee.

4th State - Set a payment options and agreement plan In stages.

5th Stage- Final consultation to ensure both parties understand and agree with the plan, arrangements, payment options, start and completion date.

6th Stage- Final completion of project, handing over and remaining stage payment made.
