We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item, so we have established a clear and fair returns policy to make this process as smooth as possible.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, upon delivery please check and report all damages within 48 hours. If you change your mind and want to return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date. Please note that due to the unique nature of our preloved and antiques items, there will variations and imperfections are to be expected and are not considered defects.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photographs of the item.

Once your return is approved pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, documentation, and parts.

Clearly label the package with the return authorisation number and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team.
Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
All our items are unique so we are unable to offer exchanges but may be able to offer similar alternatives (subject to stock availability).
