This stunning and rare pair of antique candlesticks from circa 1860 is a beautiful example of Neo-Rococo style. They feature a unique combination of silver-plated and copper hues. Each candlestick has a wide, spreading circular base decorated with an intricate, raised floral and foliate pattern in the silver-plated metal.

The main stem is a tapered, fluted column of copper, interrupted by rings of the same ornate silver-plated pattern. The top is a tiered, vase-shaped sconce, also in copper, completing the telescopic design. Marked "3715" inside the candle holder cup base, these candlesticks show signs of their history, including minor splits, marks, and an aged patina. Despite this, they remain in good, sturdy condition and have been cleaned to preserve their antique charm. This magnificent set will add a touch of sophistication and a "wow factor" to any decor.
