20th Century, Antique Solid Oak French Stool On Tripod Bobbin Turned Legs
A unique and charming antique French oak round stool or stool from the 20th century features a circular top with a variety of intricate detailed hand carvings around the top edges and through to the side and a raised tripod bobbin turned legs. On each leg at the lower section of the bobbin shape of the leg the decorative pattern is repeated on it. Unique furniture with versatile uses as a stool or side table. Simple stool but has lots of charm and character. A great patina with rich various shades and tones gives warmth and will suit any interior decor. The stool is in good condition and has been clean and polished to maintain its antique charm. Minor marks and wear consistent with its age and usage.
